Items that were ordered in error are subject to a restocking charge if they are returned unused in the original packaging if they are non-custom manufactured.� Products that were manufactured specifically at the customer�s request or specification are not returnable nor refundable.

Our payment terms are either COD or Net30 on accounts with established and credit history in good standing. COD payments may be arranged by company check or by preauthorization of charges to a credit card (VISA or MasterCard).
